They have a great ‘delivery’ model, but can Domino’s

Tough competition from arch rivals (Pizza Hut) and entry of new players (Papa John’s), is pushing Domino’s to look for virgin areas of growth and sleepy suburbs are fitting the bill perfectly. But that doesn’t means that Domino’s is not paying heed its metros consumers. No sir, in fact, if anything the pizza chain is strengthening the network for its fastest-home delivery positioning. In an interview with 4Ps B&M, Dev Amritesh, Chief of Marketing of Domino’s Pizza India, talks about their unfolding strategies. A few excerpts:
